Composed of 50% chardonnay and 50% pinot noir, pale gold in colour. Warm and expressive nose with note of ripe and candied fruits (apricot) mixed with aromas of honey and almonds. Full bodied with notes of honey and a lingering finish of dried fruit and quince.
Around 4-5 years ageing on lees adds structure and complexity to this refined cuvée.
May be served with white meats or light fruit desserts.
