Brut Reserve Gauthier-Christophe

Description

Combination of pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot meunier. Pale yellow in colour with fine persistant bubbles, notes of fruit compote and red fruit such as cherry and pomegranate. Well balanced with mineral and floral notes.

55 to 60% of reserve wines (up to 10 different years) are used in our signature blend, followed by a minimum of 2.5 years ageing on lees. This allows us to achieve balance and consistency.

A champagne for all occasions.
