What's the best way to work together?

I am at your disposal by email or whatsapp. Of course we can also phone or Skype.

What's a briefing for?

I need from you a description as exact as possible, which task I can do for you and how your desired result should look like. The more precise your briefing is, the more effective our cooperation will be.

Why only against prepayment?

I need a calculation security for my work.

Are my files safe with you?

Your data will only be stored for the duration of the order. Afterwards I delete your data. In addition, we conclude a confidentiality agreement.

Do I get a contract?
What does your support cost me?

You can book my support by the hour. One hour costs you 49,00 € net. The more hours you book at once, the cheaper it will be for you. Just use my requirements calculator to calculate the price.

I clock my work in 15 minute intervals. You automatically receive a documentation from me after the use of the time credit. My time recording is absolutely transparent and you can request it at any time.

Additional bookings are possible at any time according to availability.
